We’re currently hiring for two roles: Mechanic and Service Advisor.
Mechanic
- ASE certification (or actively working toward it)
- 3+ years of hands-on shop experience (alignment, brakes, engine repair, diagnostics, or general automotive)
- Comfortable with modern diagnostic tools and OEM repair procedures
- Clean, organized work habits and pride in doing the job right the first time
- Valid NC driver’s license
- Team-first attitude — we help each other, we don’t compete
Service Advisor
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role (automotive experience preferred, not required)
- Strong communication skills — able to explain repairs in plain English without talking down to customers
- Comfortable with shop management software and answering phones/texts throughout the day
- Honest, calm, and unflappable under pressure — even when a customer is frustrated
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus (or willingness to learn)
- Genuinely enjoys helping people — this is not a sales role, it’s a trust role
